How do I fix “RD Service not ready”?
Plug the device into a different rear USB port, restart the device's RD service from services.msc, check that your PC's date and time are correct, and reinstall the official RD service if it still fails.
डिवाइस को पीछे वाले दूसरे USB पोर्ट में लगाएँ, services.msc से RD सर्विस Restart करें, कंप्यूटर की तारीख-समय जाँचें, फिर भी न चले तो आधिकारिक RD सर्विस दोबारा इंस्टॉल करें।
Where should I download RD service drivers from?
Only from the device maker's official website, such as Mantra Softech for Mantra devices or Smart Chip (IDEMIA group, rdserviceonline.com) for Morpho devices. Never install RD services shared on WhatsApp, YouTube or social media.
सिर्फ़ डिवाइस बनाने वाली कंपनी की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से। WhatsApp, YouTube या सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर की गई RD सर्विस कभी इंस्टॉल न करें।
My DSC token is not detected. What should I do?
Install the token driver provided by the Certifying Authority that issued your DSC, try another USB port, and run emSigner as administrator.
जिस सर्टिफ़ाइंग अथॉरिटी (CA) ने आपका DSC जारी किया है, उसका दिया हुआ टोकन ड्राइवर इंस्टॉल करें, दूसरा USB पोर्ट आज़माएँ और emSigner को एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर के रूप में चलाएँ।
