1Open hypersecu.com/india-support and download 'HyperPKI HYP2003 Setup' under Windows.
2Run the setup, choose your language, click Next and pick the installation folder.
3Choose the CSP option (private 'EnterSafe HYP2003 CSP v2.0' or Microsoft CSP), then Install and Finish.
4Insert the token, open HyperPKI Token Manager, click Login, enter the PIN — and change the default PIN.

1Open Token Manager → Analysis Tool → Analysis, then click Repair to fix ActiveX, Java plug-in, DLL and CSP problems.
2Locked token or forgotten PIN: generate a challenge code in the Remote Unlock Client (driver 180929 or later); the response code is e-mailed from tokenunblock@charteredinfo.com to the e-mail in your DSC.
3To find that e-mail, open the certificate in Windows, go to the Details tab and look at 'Subject Alternative Name'.
4To reinstall, first uninstall 'HYP2003 (Remove only)' from Control Panel, or Start → Hypersecu → Uninstall HYP2003.

FAQ

What is the default PIN?

Hypersecu's Windows user guide gives 12345678 as the default user PIN. Change it in Token Manager after installing.

My token is locked or I forgot the PIN.

Use the Remote Unlock Client (driver 180929 or later) to generate a challenge code. The response code is e-mailed from tokenunblock@charteredinfo.com to the e-mail address in your DSC — you can see that address in the certificate's Details tab under 'Subject Alternative Name'.

The download button doesn't work for me. Is there another official copy?

(n)Code Solutions, a Certifying Authority licensed by India's CCA, also hosts HyperPKI_HYP2003_Setup.zip (FIPS-2) on its Token Drivers page. That is a CA repository, not the manufacturer.
