Who runs ToolsBharat

ToolsBharat is run by DVM Techno, Gurugram, Haryana, India. You can reach us at dvmtechno@gmail.com or through the contact page.

What we do — and don't do

• Each listing links to the publisher's own official download page, or to the official app store (Google Play or the App Store) for phone apps. The download itself comes from there, not from us.
• We don't host, mirror, repackage or bundle any program file.
• We don't test, scan or verify program files. Where the developer publishes a SHA-256 hash, we show it so you can check the file yourself. See how we check a listing.
• We never list cracks, keygens, patched files or tools for getting around a licence.

Software you download

When you follow a download link you leave ToolsBharat. The publisher's website or app store, its terms and the program's licence then apply. You are responsible for reading and following that licence, and for deciding whether to install a program. Only install software you trust, and read any warning your operating system or app store shows you before you continue.

No warranty

We work to keep listings accurate and links pointing to official pages, but versions, release dates, file sizes, requirements and links can change at the publisher's end without notice. The site and everything on it is provided "as is", without any warranty that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and without any promise that a program is safe or will work on your computer.

To the extent the law allows, DVM Techno is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, from relying on its information, or from installing or using software you reached through it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

User reviews

Anyone can review a listed program. Every review is checked by a moderator before it appears. When you post a review:

• Write about your own, real experience with the program.
• No abuse, hate, threats, harassment or sexual content.
• No spam, advertising, affiliate links or reviews written for payment or in exchange for something.
• No personal data — yours or anyone else's — such as phone numbers, Aadhaar or PAN numbers.
• No requests for or links to cracks, serial keys or modified installers.
• If you work for the publisher or a competitor, say so, or don't post.

We may refuse, edit for formatting, or remove any review, for example after a complaint. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give ToolsBharat a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to show it on the site.

Using the site fairly

• Don't try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or get around its security or rate limits.
• Don't submit forms automatically or in bulk, or send false reports, takedown notices or publisher claims.
• Don't click ads artificially, use bots on them, or ask others to click them.
• Don't copy the site wholesale or republish our guides and listing text as your own.

Advertising and cookies

ToolsBharat is free to use and may show ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are always labelled "Advertisement", never shown on download pages and never placed next to a download button. Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads. Our privacy policy explains the cookies and your choices, and our advertising policy explains where ads can appear. We don't endorse the products in ads.

Names, logos and our content

Program names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. The guides, verdicts and design of ToolsBharat belong to DVM Techno. Publishers who want a listing corrected or removed can use the publisher claim or takedown form.

Some listed products are made by DVM Techno, the team behind ToolsBharat. Those listings are clearly labelled "From the makers of ToolsBharat".

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
