Our verdict
Every government employee who signs notes or letters in eOffice with a DSC needs this service running on the PC. The current release is 7.0.6 for 64-bit Windows, Mac and Ubuntu, and it is the only version the eOffice DSC page now offers. The Windows package is a large ZIP (about 239 MB). Uninstall the old version first, as the eOffice page asks, and make sure port 55103 is free.
