Our verdict
Voter Helpline has been the Election Commission's main citizen app for years: electoral roll search, online forms for new registration or shifting, candidate profiles and complaint tracking. ECI has since launched ECINET to bring its apps together, but Voter Helpline was still live on both stores when we checked (last updated in early 2026). There is no PC version — on a computer use voters.eci.gov.in, which offers the same forms.
