Does SupportAssist work on Windows 10?
Dell's current user guide lists Windows 11 as the supported operating system, with .NET Desktop Runtime 10.0.x. If your PC is still on Windows 10, check the user guide before installing.
Is SupportAssist the same as Dell Command | Update?
No. SupportAssist is Dell's consumer support app (Inspiron, XPS, Alienware and similar). Dell Command | Update is a lighter updater aimed at Dell's commercial PCs such as Latitude, OptiPlex and Precision.
