No, unless you contacted that person yourself and trust them. Fake bank, courier and tech-support callers ask people to install AnyDesk so they can control the phone or PC. Banks never ask you to install remote-access apps. Hang up, and if money was lost, call 1930 or report at cybercrime.gov.in.
